Connect Stripe

Connect the Stripe account that receives payments for this Website. Graytower imports payment facts; browser tracking and checkout context are needed to assign an acquisition source.

Connect the account

1. Open Website → Settings → Revenue and choose Connect with Stripe.
2. Complete Stripe's connection flow for the correct account.
3. Return to Graytower and check the connection status. The first payment sync can take time.

The connection belongs to this Website. Its initial payment backfill looks back up to 90 days.

Check the connection

The Revenue settings show whether Stripe is connected and the time of the last successful sync. Open Revenue for the same Website and currency to check imported payments. If an expected payment is missing, confirm the account, payment date, and sync time before following Missing revenue.

Disconnect or reconnect

Use Disconnect Stripe in the same settings area to stop further synchronization for that connection. Existing imported history is separate from deleting a Website. Reconnect the intended account if you need synchronization again.
