Journeys
Follow recorded steps toward a Goal or payment without treating the path as proof of cause.
Journeys begins with an outcome, such as a Goal completion or matched payment, and shows the recorded activity leading to it. Use it to see common paths, pages, and events among visitors who reached that outcome.
Cookieless events do not form cross-day anonymous journeys. Existing journeys from earlier cookie-based tracking remain available; see cookieless tracking.
Choose an outcome
For a meaningful comparison, choose a Website, outcome, and date range, then check that its underlying custom events or Stripe connection are working. Journeys can show the first recorded completion for an outcome and the visits Graytower knows about; it cannot reconstruct an untracked visit.
Read the path carefully
For example, a journey may show Google visit → pricing page → account_created → payment. That sequence can help you inspect where people moved, but it only includes steps Graytower recorded and could link to the outcome.
