Revenue overview
See how Stripe payments become revenue reports and where visitor matching fits in.
Stripe supplies the payment facts. Graytower supplies visits and acquisition context. When a payment can be reliably linked to a tracked visitor, Graytower can show the source associated with that visitor. Otherwise the payment remains revenue without an assigned source.
What each connection adds
| Graytower has... | Revenue can show... |
|---|---|
| Stripe only | Eligible payments and refunds, including unattributed revenue. |
| Stripe and tracked visits | Visitor activity alongside payment totals. |
| A reliable payment-to-visitor match | Acquisition attribution for payments with a known source. |
Set up revenue reporting
- Connect Stripe to the Website.
- Improve payment matching in your checkout flow.
- Review attributed and unattributed revenue in Revenue.
Stripe payment synchronization does not consume your tracked-event allowance. Revenue amounts are reported by currency, and refunds reduce eligible net revenue. Read Currencies and Refunds for the details.
