Deletion begins from the relevant Website or Workspace settings. It is permanent. Check the selected target before confirming in the app.
Delete a Website
The Website stops accepting new events when deletion is requested. Its server keys are revoked, its Stripe connection is disconnected, and its analytics, payments, and Website records are removed by a background deletion job. Other Websites in the Workspace remain.
Delete a Workspace
All its Websites stop accepting events. The deletion job cancels its active platform subscription, disconnects its Stripe revenue connections, removes analytics and payment records, and deletes the Workspace records. Completion may take time because Graytower verifies analytics deletion.
